Aerobatics
Aerobatics means manoeuvring an aeroplane about all three axes. Starting from level flight, you can fly inverted, vertically diving or climbing, ballistically at the top of figures, and make tight level turns, pull-ups, positive turns (you are pressed into your seat) or negative ones. Only in aircraft specifically designed to withstand high accelerations, such as the Cap 10 or CR100. Below is a vivid account of the pleasure of discovering how to master gravity on three-dimensional flight paths.
In our flight school, aerobatics is taught to young pilots as part of their progression. It is the best way to perfect your handling, your sensations, your touch on the controls and your feel for the air.
Our Cap 10 Tango Alpha, in fine form, about to throw itself into the sky.
It is one of the first aircraft fitted with a wood-carbon spar, a technology designed and applied by Jean-Marie Klinka, an aeronautical engineer passionate about aerobatics.
